Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful husband JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. My Instagram account is @annephung and the majority of my followers are. I write about my day-to-day life, both my good and bad days. My parents took me to America in the year 1990 when I was only one and a half years old. older. I would not be sharing my life story today had my parents not worked to the max and sacrifice. Since I was confident that I would achieve a better future and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents happy. My plan of life was as follows: I'd attend university, find an employment in a company then marry, and purchase an apartment. My life that I planned for myself was not the way was what it ended up being. Money and the prestige of my work didn't make me feel happy. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. When I began to research this new path to work I realized that I had a passion for exercising. I also loved socializing and helping other people. My business started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth in 2021. There are a few Asian females working in the field. Within the field of coaching I would like to be a positive influence through providing high-quality training that will assist others in becoming more healthy and happy. Additionally, I would like others to feel empowered and able to pursue their goals and accomplish whatever they want in their lives. My professional career began to take off when I experienced the greatest happiness of my life. My mother died just as my professional life began to fall off. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will forever remain in my thoughts and my mind. Life's lessons can be hidden from us however they are extremely valuable. My mother's death has changed my life in a profound way and I am convinced that she offered me another chance to live my life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to start a new chapter in her life which gave me another chance to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. As I approach my 30s I feel a sense that I am alive and living. It's not like that I'm just a mere existence anymore. My story is being available to you in order that I may share with the world my personal experiences and thoughts. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to achieve any thing if you put your heart into the task. Therapy is both regular and essential. The health of a person is the most important asset. Since death is the only thing that we can have I wish you a great time in the rest of your days and live with no regrets.

Her mother was on the streets until her three-year-old age, when she was placed into the care of a family member. Both of her adoptive parents are Filipinos and her white American father is a an army background.
